Substring(startValue)

Retrieves a substring. The substring begins at a specified
character position (start value begins with 0).
Result: New text
Example:

{[BIPINSTANCE:Type].substring(19)}
Returns C2530 (type name: 173_WT_A_BEWA_0200_C2530)
