The "Views" function automatically generates all configured Revit views for selected apartments – floor plans, key plans and room schedules – in a single step.

Open the dialog

Click the "Views" button in the Kopnyc toolbar to open the View Creation dialog.

Select apartments

The dialog lists all apartments in the project with their apartment number, base view, number of rooms, total area, typology code and typology name. Apartments with views already created are highlighted. Choose which apartments views should be created for.

Three quick-selection buttons are available in the Selection toolbar:

Select all

Selects all apartments in the list.

Select none

Deselects all apartments.

Invert selection

Inverts the current selection.

NoteColumn order in the dialog can be adjusted via drag-and-drop and is saved automatically. The total number of selected apartments is shown in the bottom-left corner.

Set options

Configure the key plan type in the Options toolbar before creating views:

Schematic Key Plan

Creates the key plan as a schematic drafting view (simplified representation with filled regions).

Key Plan as Floor Plan

Creates the key plan as a detailed floor plan view.

Base View

Opens the Select Base View dialog, allowing you to choose a different source floor plan view for the selected apartment than the one defined in settings – e.g. if a specific floor requires a different base view.

Confirm and create

Click OK to create views for all selected apartments. Click Close to cancel without creating views.
