Kopnyc – Sheet Layout

The "Sheets Layout" function transfers the layout of a selected template sheet automatically to all other apartment sheets. Elements such as floor plans, north symbols or scale bars only need to be positioned once on the template sheet.

Prepare the template sheet

Open one of the apartment sheets created by Kopnyc in Revit. Position all elements (floor plan, key plan, north symbol, scale bar, etc.) exactly as desired for all sheets.

Open the Page Setup dialog

Click the "Sheets Layout" button in the Kopnyc toolbar to open the Page Setup dialog.

Select target sheets and layout template

The dialog lists all apartment sheets in the project with their apartment number, number of rooms, area, sales plan status and number of views. Select the sheets to which the layout should be applied, then choose the Layout Template from the dropdown – this is the sheet you prepared in Step 1.

Three quick-selection buttons are available:

Select all

Selects all apartment sheets.

Select none

Deselects all sheets.

Invert selection

Inverts the current selection.

Layout Template

Select the sheet that serves as the layout reference for all other sheets. The dropdown shows all available apartment sheets – choose the one you positioned elements on in Step 1.

Note Column order in the dialog can be adjusted via drag-and-drop and is saved automatically. The Sales Plan column indicates whether a sales plan sheet already exists for each apartment. The total number of selected sheets is shown in the bottom-left corner.

Apply the layout

Click OK to transfer the element positions from the template sheet to all selected sheets. Kopnyc applies the layout automatically. Click Close to cancel without making changes.
