Kopnyc writes all calculated values directly into Revit parameters. Standard Revit schedules can then be built for various reporting purposes. Below are example configurations for the three most common use cases.

1 Room Schedule (Area List)

A room schedule lists all rooms in an apartment with their areas. The following settings show an example of a complete area list.

TipUse the apartment grouping parameter as a filter to generate a separate schedule per apartment – this is the basis of Kopnyc's automatic schedule generation.

2 Apartment List

An apartment list summarises all apartments in the project with their key data. The key is the uniqueness parameter: it filters exactly one room per apartment so each apartment appears only once.

NoteSet the filter Uniqueness parameter = Yes so each apartment appears only once. This parameter is filled automatically by Kopnyc.

3 Typology Report

A typology report counts how many apartments of each type (1-bed, 2-bed, etc.) exist in the project. The uniqueness parameter combined with the typology code or name as a grouping criterion is the key.
