Localization
Here you can select the language version of your Tables application.
Pay attention to the note about the language selection for the spreadsheets. The formulas are to be used in the selected language.
Appearance
Here you can customize Tables visually to your needs and choose between the dark or light appearance. The icons keep their shape and color, so they are easy to find at any time.
True/False
One of the most used customizations in Revit is changing the True/False formatting to a color that stands out more. With Tables, you no longer need to take this detour. You can simply use "YES", "NO" or a word of your choice to directly display Revit's True/False formatting in your list accordingly.
Note, however, that this formatting will be set as the default and will therefore be adjusted every time you create or load a new list.
To perform this formatting, check the "Replace the default values with the following texts" checkbox and enter any text/word for both the True value and the False value. You can also leave the False value blank – the important thing is that the True and False texts are different.
Note: Tables overwrites the True/False values with texts. So you can also use characters from the symbol fonts, like Wingdings etc. and then format the Yes/No columns with the corresponding font.
Important: With formulas you have to be careful with overwritten True/False values, because in this case the respective texts have to be queried.
Tip: To easily change the Yes/No values use our helper dialog
"Edit Yes/No Values" in the "Table Utilities" panel.
Cardinal directions
You can use your own abbreviations for the cardinal directions. Tables applies them at the appropriate places, so it is not necessary for you to set up a corresponding formula.
