Delete elements

If you want to clean up your project only partially, you can do so with the "Delete elements" command.

This command deletes all elements in Revit that you have selected in the Tables table.

Workflow – „Delete Elements“

1. Select all elements (= rows in tables) that you want to clean up or delete (multiple selection with the Shift- or Ctrl-key).
2. Click the command "Delete elements" in the panel "Management"
3. Confirm the deletion finally in the report dialog with "Delete elements". Done!

The elements are immediately deleted in Revit and your tables table is updated.

Note: Be careful with the Delete command:
Dependent elements will be deleted as well,
e.g. all copies of a door type that you want to delete.

Tip: You can always undo changes directly in Revit with the "Back" command.
