You can overwrite the cells of your header row as you like, so it does not necessarily have to contain the Revit parameter names. In order not to lose track of which parameter represents a column, there is the "Column properties" command in Tables.

Workflow – "Column Properties"
- Select at least one cell in the column whose parameter or column information you want to display
- In the "Edit" panel, click on the "Column properties" command
- In the fly-out dialog you will now see the Revit parameter name, the parameter type and the internal name of the Revit database
