Therefor you have to click into a schedule, so the ribbon "Modify" shows up, containing the "Rename Elements" button.

Workflow „Rename Elements“
- Create an auxiliary column with values that define the new names. Therefore create a unbound column or a defined parameter (see picture "Formula") of the elements.
- Select all names in the newly created column that you want to rename.
- Click the command "Rename elements" in the "Management" panel.
- After renaming all the names, you can delete the created column.
Done. The elements are immediately renamed in Revit and your tables table is updated.
Note: With our "Element Name" feature parameter, you can also rename
elements directly by overwriting the values and then saving them back to
Revit with the "Apply" command.
