Quick Access Buttons – User Guide
Quick Access Buttons place frequently used Shortcuts as buttons directly in the Revit Ribbon. One click loads the Shortcut and immediately executes the rules — no main window needed.
Prerequisites
- The Shortcut to be linked must already exist.
-
If the administrator set
AllowUserConfig = False, the edit button is not available. - Changes are only visible in the Ribbon after a Revit restart.
Opening the Edit Dialog
→ Ribbon: b.i.m.m Tools → MultiPushTool → SlideOut → "Edit Quick Access"
Click the small arrow at the bottom of the MultiPushTool panel (SlideOut) to reveal the hidden section. The "Edit Quick Access" button appears. Click it.
